A Customer Service Advisor is a key role in any customer-focused workplace, they are the first point of contact and crucial in providing a great customer experience.

We currently have a number of Customer Service roles available to work within our rapidly-growing, friendly contact centre. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The main responsibilities for this role are engaging with customers on calls, working towards agreed targets as per utility client requests.

Full time hours to cover a 39 hour working week, with rotational shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, including bank holidays. Plus Saturday working 9 am to 5 pm.

You will also have the opportunity to earn performance related pay, which will increase with experience, up to £8.88 per hour (£18,008 per annum).
